Vulnerable Persons Policy

Home Tutors Callington are privileged to work within their local communities. Activities undertaken by Home Tutors Callington often involve them working closely with adults and vulnerable persons including children and young persons.

The core principles of equal opportunities and equality apply to all persons with whom we come into contact regardless of ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, sexuality, marital status, disability, culture, religious beliefs or except where it is strictly relevant, their possession of a criminal record.

We define Abuse of a Vulnerable Person as:  -
Inappropriate Care:  Racially motivated abuse:  Neglect and/or Acts of Omission:  Financial or Material Abuse:  Emotional Abuse:  Sexual Abuse:  Physical abuse
